Old Brook Barn offers a magnificent setting in which to host your private function or special event. From birthdays, anniversaries and drink parties to other celebrations, you will be assured to cherish the experience of holding your event with us.
The barn can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated event down stairs, with the option of having 120 guests upstairs in the gallery area for reception drinks. Or up to 150+ guests for an evening party or drinks reception. With a choice of our quality local caterers we believe that you can create the menu and party of your dreams.

Venue hire includes the use of:
• Tables
• Chivari lime wash chairs
• Seating for up to 150 guests, 150+ for the evening reception

Terms of hire include:
• 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the event date.
• The final balance is to be received one month prior to the event.
• Catering MUST be supplied by one of our recommended caterers.
