Meet your teachers

At Zen Old Brook Barn, our teachers are passionate wellness practitioners who bring together a blend of ancient wisdom, modern therapeutic practices, and mindful movement. Each facilitator shares a deep commitment to helping others reconnect with their bodies, calm the mind, and restore inner balance.

Our team includes experienced instructors in Yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound healing, spinal energetics, breathwork, holistic fitness, and therapeutic massage. Their teaching styles combine both Eastern and Western approaches to wellbeing, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for personal growth and healing.

With years of training and practical experience, our teachers guide each session with care, authenticity, and compassion, ensuring that every participant feels welcomed, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey.

Whether through gentle restorative movement, deep relaxation practices, energy work, or mindful meditation, our practitioners aim to provide experiences that leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and inspired.

Natalie Nardi

Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breath, Relaxation, Sound Bath & Massage Practitioner

Natalie is a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher, qualified in 2006. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic restorative styles and their healing effect, by enjoying teaching slow, deep and methodically. The incorporation of mindfulness, meditation and breathwork is very important to Natalie, ensuring that students not only feel complete after sessions, but also leave with valuable tools for better body-mind wellness.

Suzee Wood

Spinal Energetics, Holistic Personal Trainer, Reiki Practitioner, DJ

Suzee combines Spinal Energetics with Reiki for extra work on your chakras & to aid in tuning your frequencies and help you ground after the treatment. Spinal Energetics is a transformative holistic practice combining Eastern and Western philosophies, drawing inspiration from Reiki, Chiropractic, Craniosacral Therapy, Shamanism, and Chinese Medicine to balance the Mind, Body, and Spirit. This gentle yet powerful modality focuses on Nervous System Regulation, Chakra Alignment and the Mind-Body Connection.

Jodie Rogers

Reformer Pilates,Yogalates, Sound Bath, Personal Trainer, Massage, Strength conditioning

Jodie adopts a holistic approach, focusing on the integration of mind, body, and spirit to create sustainable, long-term health improvements. She is passionate about guiding clients through personalized programs that not only enhance physical performance but also foster mental well-being. Whether it’s through massage therapy, dynamic fitness routines, or mindful movement, her goal is to inspire you to live your best, healthiest life.

Sammy

Intuitive holistic practitioner, yoga teacher, Reiki Master and certified sound healer

Sammy is an intuitive holistic practitioner whose work is rooted in lived experience. Having faced multiple life-threatening illnesses and serious health challenges throughout her life, she developed a profound respect for the body and its ability to communicate, heal, and rebuild when given the right support.

She is a qualified yoga teacher specialising in Yin Yoga, menopause-focused practice, and post-injury recovery. Sammy is also a Reiki Master and certified sound healer.

We are going to offer a light lunch on the retreat day: Super Juice, Vegan poke bowl, Protein Dessert, tea & coffee

All our dishes are prepared in our kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy and other allergens are present. Due to the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any food is free from allergens. Please speak to us directly with any food intolerances or allergens

What to bring: Essentials: yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, reusable cup, journal.

Clothing: Comfortable layers, athletic wear, cosy socks.

Host your own Retreat hire prices are based on a 4 hour hire period which includes setup & cleardown time. All equipment and staff must be provided by the hirer.

Price: £350.00 – £450.00 * Additional hours and prices can be discussed for longer retreats. Each space is hired individually, if you require more than once space the fee is added on per area. Please contact us for further information.
