Welcome to Old Brook Barn Wellness. Our retreats are designed to offer a calm and restorative environment for wellbeing, connection and personal growth. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please read the following agreement carefully before confirming your booking.

Health & Wellbeing Declaration

Participation & Personal Responsibility

Retreat activities may include yoga or mindful movement, breathwork and meditation, sound healing or relaxation sessions, workshops and wellbeing discussions, outdoor or nature-based activities, and use of the Old Brook Barn Wellness facilities and grounds. Participation is voluntary and guests are encouraged to participate at a level that feels comfortable.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in wellness activities carries inherent risks including muscle strain, fatigue, emotional responses or accidental injury. By attending the retreat you acknowledge these risks and agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Old Brook Barn Limited trading as Zen at Old Brook Barn Wellness shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation in retreat activities except where liability cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Data Protection & GDPR

Old Brook Barn Limited trading as Zen at Old Brook Barn Wellness and Rise by Natalie Nardi process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information collected may include name, email address, telephone number, emergency contact information, and health information voluntarily provided for safety purposes.

Booking, Cancellation & Non-Attendance

Retreat bookings are made in good faith and preparation is undertaken in advance of each event. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, retreat bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, travel disruption, personal circumstances or any other reason, Old Brook Barn Wellness cannot accept responsibility for cancellations or non-attendance.

Transfers to another guest may be permitted at the discretion of the organiser if requested in advance. Guests are encouraged to ensure they have appropriate travel or event insurance should unexpected circumstances arise.

If the retreat must be cancelled by the organisers due to circumstances beyond our control, participants may be offered a transfer to a future retreat or event credit at the organiser's discretion.

Payment, Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your booking, you agree that your payment secures your place at the retreat and confirms acceptance of these terms. All payments are final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

Participants agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider for reasons including inability to attend, personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption or dissatisfaction with retreat content or experience.

If a payment dispute is initiated, Old Brook Barn Limited trading as Zen at Old Brook Barn Wellness reserves the right to provide this agreement and booking confirmation as evidence to the payment provider.
